REFUND POLICY

Welcome!

At P3 Apparel, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Because many of our items are custom-made, our return and refund policies are structured with that in mind.

 

1. Custom Orders

 

Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable once approved and in production.

However, if there is a printing error or defect caused by us, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or

  • Offer a full refund if a replacement cannot be provided

To report an issue, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a clear photo and description of the problem.

 

2. Standard Products & Lifestyle Apparel

 

For non-custom, in-stock items:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the item. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.

 

3. Sip & Press Event Sales

 

Apparel made during or for Sip & Press events is considered custom and is non-refundable unless there is a production error on our part.

Event tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

 

4. Cancellations

 

If you need to cancel a custom order before production begins, please notify us within 24 hours of payment. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation without a fee.

 

5. How to Start a Return or Report an Issue

 

To initiate a return or report a problem, email us at:
