SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome!

1. Processing Time

​

  • Custom Orders: Typically processed within 7–14 business days after design approval.

  • In-Stock Items: Usually ship within 2–3 business days of your order being placed.

  • Sip & Press Event Pickups: Items made at or for events may be available for pickup at the event or scheduled for delivery after the event ends.

Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, and we will notify you of any expected delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

 

We ship nationwide using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Standard shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited options available at checkout (2–3 business days)

  • Local pickup or delivery may be available depending on your location (Batesburg, SC area)

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

 

3. Shipping Rates

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. In some cases, we may offer:

  • Free local pickup

  • Flat-rate shipping for small apparel items

  • Bulk shipping discounts for large or group orders

 

4. Local Pickup / Delivery

 

If you’re located in the Midlands, SC area, we offer free local pickup and, in some cases, delivery.

  • Pickup location: 651B W Columbia Ave, Batesburg, SC 29006

  • You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup

 

5. Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t receive tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us at info@p3apparellc.com.

 

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, we’ll gladly help you file a claim or track your package if issues arise.

If your package is marked "Delivered" but you haven't received it:

  • Double-check your delivery address

  • Check with neighbors or building staff

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist

 

7. International Shipping

 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we grow!
